Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Xander Club offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days after receiving your shipment for a full or partial refund.

To qualify for a refund back to your original payment method, the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, including any tag(s) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt. For apparel items, a restocking fee (10% of purchase price) will be deducted from the refund.

Any additional expedited shipping fees are not refundable.

To start a return process, please contact us at team@xanderclub.com and provide your order number and a brief description if applicable. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CUSTOM ITEM PURCHASE FULFILLED BY CALLAWAY

Any golf clubs that are customized and fulfilled by CALLAWAY are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once submitted. Please verify all of the customization requests prior to completing your order.

LIMITED EDITION and MEMORABILIA ITEMS

Limited edition and memorabilia items are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once submitted. Please make sure that you verify the item(s) prior to completing your order.
