- Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Processing occurs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.
- Shipments may be delayed during high-volume periods, such as holidays or severe weather.
Shipping Options & Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200
International Shipping
- We are only shipping to USA currently.
- There are no options for international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- The company is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If an order arrives damaged, the customer should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
