  • Order Processing:
    • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Processing occurs Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.
    • Shipments may be delayed during high-volume periods, such as holidays or severe weather.
  • Shipping Options & Costs
    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
      • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200
    • International Shipping
      • We are only shipping to USA currently.
      • There are no options for international shipping.
    • Tracking Your Order
      • Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
      • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
    • Damaged or Lost Packages
      • The company is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
      • If an order arrives damaged, the customer should contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
